    I need better stretching for sure. I am terrible. Going to need to invest in one of those books so I can be better at it.

    New research coming back on Betajne. 2.5 grams a day. I have been taking 1.2 grams a day so I am upping my dosage.

    If you get that posture in check why don't you work in some shoulder isolation exercises to build some muscle there and gain some strength. No chance you wouldn't see an advantage.

    They make a caffeine version and a non caffeine version now. For cardio there is cardio fire.

    Leg day is it for me and assault. 2 scoops on the way to the gym. The stuff makes me out of my mind. My leg workouts are insane, they are low or non existent rest cycle and over an hour and a Half long. My knees are not flexible so my squats are terrible. I have good form just not deep so I MORE than make up for it. Usually sets are on the minute or I will make 3 exercises one to the other no rest. I always laugh. Legs day could be harder on everyone else around me. The crash off assault for me is brutal.

    To be honest I would say they are comparable aside from taste. GAT tastes better. None are as good tasting as Xtend but GAT is better than Modern. I have been using GAT for a while now so remembering the modern is hard to do. I may still have the modern, met me check. This sounds strange but meijer store brand amino is awesome AND cheap. $12 for 60 servings and I found no loss using it for a month that I couldn't afford GAT, C4, 2 cases of Isopure bottles AND XTend so u cut the GAT and went the meijer route.

    I like it. Of all it seems to cut recovery the most. I can definitely tell if I missed a day for some reason.

    I have tried modern but never for the same reason as I use XTend. XTend is a during and modern is a post workout drink which I use GAT muscle martini for. I like the muscle martini better than the modern. Modern doesn't taste wery good to me at all. The ratios differ for the purpose. Drink that modern after and the Xtend during.

    I do believe the ZMA is helping. I have been sleeping much more sound. Had off day yesterday and legs today, still letting upper body recover from 3 very big days in the gym. I am not sore I can just tell my body is a bit tires. Tomorrow is another big day. My arms do feel fuller and I have gone up at least 10 lbs across the board on my starting and max weights. I am also using betaine if you want to look that one up as well. GAT has a post workout powder that has HMB in it.

    Holy delicious!! Kids love it, we love it. I can eat "bread" again. Unreal how easy and super delicious this is.

    Honestly I wouldn't eat before work outs. It is a negative. You want your body burning fat, not what you ate before the workout.

    A lot of science is coming back that working out on an empty stomach us optimal. Some do pre work out drinks that amp up performance but certainly are not mandatory. Getting 30grams of protein within 30 minutes following your workout is however very critical!

    Ya and you have to avoid your Calcium sup when you take it. No biggie for me as I take that in AM. Got size measurements today. I will post them as this is second day on both sups. There are some pre work outs that are stim free. NO Xplod has one.

    Wow! I have been holding myself back. A new power house opened up in my area about a year or so ago. Membership fees have always been higher than I like to pay. The have a promo for the new year so I took a tour. Holy Crap!!! This place is amazing. Crossfit gym inside (free with membership) an FX gym inside (extra dues) a day care and an unbelievable gym. Planet fitness is ok but I realize now it has been holding me back. Needless to say I am now a member and super amped to get in there everyday!

    Ya what CBT said AND adding a bit if Celtic sea salt to your diet to find some balance. I hear you saying you don't like salt, I am the same but I force myself to add some. Hold some fluids that way! You may be flushing to well.
