  1. I got mine but I was due. But I have had it for 11 days now. Wondering how long I should wait to call the dr. I heard because of the heprine we might bleed more.
  2. Yes not having bm made me nauseous. I was 8 days post op. Start taking stool softner now. Omg the pain when I finally went 20 hours of pushing it was worse then childbirth.
  3. I am feeling pretty good, trying to rest but wanting to do more. Today I got nauseous and little dizzy. So I am making sure I get my fluids.
  4. I was worried about telling my mom for this same reason. I didn't want her not to approve. Luckily she thought it was a good thing. She was more concerned about my health risk of becoming more overweight as the years go by. And she said she would rather me do it now while I am still healthy so my healing would be better with less complications. We all have the fear of failing. But if we don't at least try we already failed. Hopefully after you have the surgery she will be a good support for you and help you threw those tough times so you wont fail. This surgery isn't the cure but its a great tool to help us in the right direction. I wish you the best of luck.

I would call your dr. in the morning incase you have an infection or abscess. The fever is what I would be concern with.
  6. I get them too. My dr. said that is normal. Usually what helps me is breathing just like I would do when I was in labor.

  8. I haven't had bm yet. But all the fluids they gave me I was peeing constantly I think most of my lost was water weight. I haven't figured out hunger pain vs gas pain. But I feel like I am hungry all the time. I use a heating pad at night when I am sleeping and that seems to help a lot. These forums have help me get threw this process and prepared me for what to expect. I haven't posted much, mostly just read everything. Good luck and I hope the best for you.
