I just sent my husband to get me some!! I hope it works!! I don't know why it blurred out "s-n-a-t-c-h-e-d"...is that a bad word on this forum? Lol!

So it's dinner time in my house and I am SO hungry I want to cry!! My husband and girls had turkey burgers earlier and I SWEAR I wanted to ****** one and run down the street with it in my mouth!! I keep looking at my 'day 3-9' food sheet praying it changes to mashed potatoes and gravy!! I've been drinking these dang Protein Shakes, jell-o, strained Soup (gag), broth and green tea until I'm ready to scream! Please give me some other 'food ideas'! Anything! I know it's mind over matter but I am really struggling!!

Ok maybe he did it in the OR. My urine was a funny color in the beginning so maybe that's why. I wonder why he wouldn't give me a 2nd leak test just to make doubly sure there was no leak? I haven't had any leak issues so I guess I'm ok but was just wondering. Thank you all for responding. It's amazing how varied the surgeons are for the same procedure. The beauty of being different!! Now that I feel better, it's time to have a oh so delicious protein shake. Yay!! Have a wonderful Saturday all!!

I've been reading other posts and have seen many others talk about leak tests and drains. I didn't have either of those. Why do some get it and others don't? Did they forget to give me a leak test? Should I call my dr? I'm nervous!!

That's exactly what I'm feeling! I feel hungry too...I think I am because I haven't been able to tolerate anything but green tea. Popsicles, jell-o, Isopure are all WAYYYY to sweet and make me gag. *deep sigh* I feel better knowing I'm not alone.

Just wondering how others are feeling. The gas pains are horrible. Gas-X is not working. What else are others using? The dry heaves have just about stopped but still don't have an appetite. Just trying to get some liquids in at this point. I know there's light at the end of the tunnel but it seems so far away right now. ????

Thank you all for the well wishes. Doing alot of dry heaving but not that much pain. Been walking more than I thought I would be able to so that's good.

Made it through. In some pain not too bad. Hope my fellow sleevers made it out okay today as well. Talk to you all soon

So tomorrow is the big day. My stomach has been doing flips all day just thinking about it but I'm so ready!! I cannot wait to get this band out and start seeing positive results. I can't even imagine what I'll look like in a few months. All of my childhood/teenage pictures burned in a house fire and I don't remember how I looked when I was thin...ALL those years ago! I am having my revision done tomorrow and I am very scared of failing again. I'm also afraid of having another surgery but the support and success stories on here are helping me.
