how about adding some salmon in the can with your eggs. It will enhance the taste of the eggs and add more Protein. That the way they do it in GA.

I was having the same problem, but I froze the apple whey shot and it is a good cold treat. I ate it with a spoon and it works today is the first day I have been able to do the Protein. So far today I have downed 42 grams of protein.

I understand how you feel. My surgery was last Thursday and I felt the same way. My biggest fear was not waking up. I hate being put to sleep. It is the only thing I can relate to death.
