Cleat liquids today ..i ate a light breakfast and will be on clear liquids the rest of the day..how is everyone holding up?? Ready for our big day tomm.??

I fly out tomm around 7am...surgery is tomm.. I will be def. posting all my experience from beginning.

Logan i will be there Thursday as well same hospital and dr. :-)

I am having it removed..i have gallstones..but they advised me they would only do it if there are no complications..so i wont know until i wake up..

Sooo excited and nervous and obsessed..today Ready 4 a change sent me a email to confirm my flight and cell number..so far they have been very efficient and Alma answers all my questions...so does Dr. Garcia i hit him up on Facebook..so happy as of now with my choice..

Welll my peeps i just have to tell you..at 8:30 am had my first shake..hmmm ok,12:30pm my 2nd shake..by 4:30 my fingers started to look tempting lmfaoooo i wanted to eat bad..after work went to buy a salad and devoured it ..only 6 more days of torture to go.. :-) Sorry i meant preop diet..

Hello..i had my tummy tuck done in feb, 2007....over 6 years ago i weighed 238 lbs when i did it..today i weigh 256...i hope i dont need to redo after my sleeve..getting sleeved june 6th. (Lowered the pants so u can see the incision)

Hello how long did the Dr. Order to stay on a liquid diet?? It seems like everyone has different instructions..i went online and it said 2 weeks on liquid, 1 week on puree and 1 week on softfoods.

We might see each other..my surgery is on the 6th..

I borrowed from my 401k and i had it in less than 3 business day..but it was deposited into my acct..

I would love to help..but i am no there yet...i joined a WLS group on FB and they put up a article about slider foods and its the main reason why people stall and dont lose weight..it was very informative..
