I see you had surgery already, how much do you weigh now?

Every day i wonder and day dream of how i would look if i lost enough weight to weigh under 200..even in my teen years i was 210-215..now im 256...not a real big weight gain after 20 years and 2 kids. Does any else think of the same thing?

Sooo i wanted to start weening my way towards the liquid diet..and as of monday i replaced my breakfast with a protein shake..today was day 2..im so gassy...i had one scoop if whey protein with 12 oz of sugar free almond milk..how will i be able to cope with all the protein shakes i have to drink..helppp

Just 5 days..they go by soo fast..hang in there..:-). Before u know it its surgery day.

Jajaja..i havent started yet my surgery is June 6th. But i started to replace one meal with a protein shake..i dont know how i will do it for a week lol.

Ok nevermind rollergirl ur BMI is 30..i can see why u only do 3-4 days on the liquids..

You are only doing 4 days preop diet? I thought it was 1 week for BMI's under 40...ohhh and good luck

That is awesome thank you..hopefully the posters worrying about taking in more fluids will feel less stressed.

In the US i was going to be a self pay..and it was broken down like this...3200 surgeon...1500 anesthesia..8500 the hospital......that was the cost for a 3 day stay in the hospital..and the hospital isn't at all great..but they have a website...hospitals in the US have yo overcharge to pay for other who are treated without insurance Just adding..its about 3-5 grand to stay 1 night at a hospital..where does the 3000 cost of titanium staple fit into the US price i was given?

If my husband starts the new job hes waiting on i will be going alone..june 6th to see the same dr.

I went to the seminar here in the US and the procedures look identical to that of DR. Garcia..i saw a video of him preforming the sleeve...i just dont remember the bougie being used here in the states.

It took me just 1 day to choose Dr. Garcia..im feeling so confident..surgery scheduled for June 6th.
