that is fantastic... wonderful news!!! I see my doc on july 2 and i am hoping to cut my meds down.. i am taking two pills right now so it is a big goal for me too.... wish me luck! and a huge congratulations to you Joe!

i can so relate. i was 224 at my first doctor visit and after 2 1/2 weeks post op i reached that 199. It was great getting there. however it is ten days later and i am stalled right there. i know it will pass but boy do i look forward to the scale moving down once again!..
You are doing a great job.. keep up the great work!
