I am set gor April 9th with Dr.Ponce...I have heard good things from ppl who used him, looking for anyone who went within the last year. I am going thru wls4betterlife. Trish is my coordinator and has been great so far. Any info would be appreciated. Also any info on your experience at hospital INT regardless of the doc you used. I have tummy trouble with stuff like yogurt, so I actually would prefer the clear liquids. Which im thinking like broths? Im going to ask if I can mix it up between the two. Im wondering if yogurt because it has Probiotics in it. That could be to help the bathroom issues?

My concerns is after surgery, I have read on here about ppl having bathroom issues (as in going on themselves) and seeing how i can not drink milk, Im worried about Protein shakes with Water only. Does not sound that great!

Anyone have any recommendations?
