    I am a few weeks away from surgery, but coffee is my thing..I am just wondering if you are not suppose to have a coffee at all? Like regular hot wake me up in the morning coffee?

    Hi April 9th with Dr. Jamie Ponce de leon at NIT Weight 215 Goal 130 Age 39 Height 5'4" My concerns is after surgery, I have read on here about ppl having bathroom issues (as in going on themselves) and seeing how i can not drink milk, Im worried about Protein shakes with Water only. Does not sound that great! Anyone have any recommendations?
