I am having the exact same issue. I work in a factory where rumors spread fast & die slow. They gossip about EVERYTHING from what people eat for lunch to if you are talking to a member of the opposite sex you MUST be secret lovers!! Lol. Sad but true! Sooo.. I am going with the gall bladder excuse because not saying anything is NOT an option. . But... I do like the female plumbing reason also.... Maybe I'll say both & really confuse everyone! Haha. Wow my NUT said its going to be a week of protein shakes made with water and drinking lots of water throughout the day & THAT'S IT!! We drink green smoothies all the time @ home & I add a scoop of protein powder & even some Greek yogurt.. I'm gonna miss them. I honestly don't know how I'm gonna survive that week. I am scared but SO INSPIRED by you all & I am so excited!!! I have had hypothyroidism for about 13 years now & was wondering if you have to crush your meds for the rest if your life. Kinda worried bout that... Any tricks or suggestions?

I'm really nervous about telling the people @ my job. It's not a very supportive environment, & I will be pressured to say SOMETHING... Anyone else facing this?
