  1. Pam has decided on the band-She is, like many working with the insurance-I keep gleaning tid bits Pam can use to make her move to lapland easier-Total change in approach to food-Total immersion in everything that I can find on the procedure-As I read your posts I get real life info that truly makes a difference-Pam is the one getting the band, as her husband I just don't want any surprises that might be avoided-When she bands there will be plenty to deal with. Pray for us both-That God will prosper Pam in this and that I will be there for her when she realises that her world is going to change a lot-Philippians 4:13
  2. Wife has serious lupus-Flares during hot weather-Soon to be banded-never even discussed by her doctor-My thoughts are that MOST LUPUS people can be treated the same as everyone else-Always tell Doc everything if you get any procedure done-
  3. Prayers for Pam please-Her weight is high and the doc said must do something-NOW_ this is a sign that Pam can't dawdle on this issue anymore-She has concerns and often doctors are a great vehicle for God's provision. As her husband, I feel that God has offered a way-If God is not in this, please pray that HE will show another way to help Pam....THANKS ALL...FRANK
  4. Pam is not yet banded, the room temp or warm liquids is something I can use...thanks
  5. My wife is getting a band, if her weight doesn't come off, it's not going to be good-Lots of health issues aggravated by overweight...Best ifo to read up on the band might help....
