Yes! 4/23/13 for me, too. The last few days I've only eaten between 500-700 calories. So crazy how satisfied we can be on so little, isn't it? One more week!!!! -

I had to take 4 quizzes that measure mental health/issues, etc., and then sit down with a psychologist. She wanted to check readiness and see how you are with criticism. She also asked about your support system. It was a breeze. Just relax and be honest. If they think you need further evaluation, embrace it. It's for your own benefit. Good luck! -

My process has been SUPER fast, too. Attended seminar 3/1/13, saw NUT, mental health, met with surgeon twice, and scheduled for surgery on 4/23/13! -

This week, I did final labs, chest X-ray, EKG, pre-op with surgeon, follow up with NUT, and pre-op medications interview. Only thing left is to do a pregnancy test one week prior. Getting ready for pre-op diet on Tuesday. Whew! -

I'm in Manteca; have my psych eval on Monday and will have surgery in Fresno. My process has been extremely fast. If my psych goes well, I'll be able to call for a surgery date.

Well, my surgeon took into account the 24 pounds I lost in the last year so I'm at my surgery goal weight! I need to finish up nutrition and mental health appointments and I can schedule surgery!!!!!
