Today for the first time in a long time I went to church, after all I have so many things to be grateful for. My body had change in a way that I run cold all the time. I came home from church and had a cup of diet hot chocolate with soy milk, but WHY???? the devil tempted me and I had it with a mini cornbread. After having an awesome a religious experience having that mini cornbread I feel like crap. I am only 7 weeks post-op. Feeling like a looser

I am 6 weeks post-op and I am presently suffering from back pain. Can I take a muscle relaxer or over the counter analgesic? My Doc is on vacation.

I'm on soft foods and plan to start working out this weekend.

At discharge they gave me a menu to up to 6 weeks. I am following to the t. Monday I started to walk only for 30 minutes.

I had some sugar free pudding maybe 2 oz first time, second time I was able to eat a little more OMG it was so painful. I was stuck to the toilet all evening.
