  1. Great ideas but at this point you need protein so I would make sure you're getting your protein and there's not much in the sweet stuff and baby food
  2. No I would say your normal um we all are different my wife and I were sleeved at the same time and I can almost eat twice what she can so you just have to watch your calories
  3. First week 1 hour a day if you have no pain, and again we are all different and have different comfort levels.
  4. What help me the most and taste really good is a small chili from Wendy's . In chili a lot of protein
  5. I love my fit bit!!
  6. Let your doctor know they will give you something.
  7. Yes my doctor gave me meds and everything got better see your doctor

  9. As a matter of fact I gained 14 pounds seems like I was eating everything in sight because I was going to do without.
