  1. My experience has been the very same as yours I eat 4 ounces of something every 2 to 2&a half hours and I'm hungry every two two and a half hours so as long as you keep track of your calories and protein you should be fine.
  2. I could eat a 5.3 oz yogurt at 3 weeks and maybe more , but I don't I measure my food in a 4 oz container I bought at gfs and just don't eat more than that.
  3. Slider food beware.
  4. I love the peach Ice tea.
  5. I like to put my shoes on and not pass out.

  12. I wonder if the harder your sleeve works to brake down your protein the more acid it makes? I think I would try a veggie protein.
