180.8 for me today. I made goal! Yippee!

Forgot to post last week. I was 244 though.
Had gallbladder removed on Wednesday, and today I am 237!!!!

I did it!! I finally hit the 80's!! Today's weight 189.0!! Wooo Hoooo!!!

I don't know if you updated it for me yet-but if not I want a redo-- lol
I'm finally down-174.0 this am!! I went to the dentist yesterday and could only eat dinner - yay for tooth pain yesterday... I'm starving today tho- so we will see lol

I did all of that liking yesterday and forgot to post my own results....

Starting Weight: 292

Monday, 4/28: 290.8 (down 1.2 pounds)

Monday, 5/5: 287.4 (down 3,4 pounds)

Monday, 5/12: 286.8 (down 0.6 pounds)

Goal Weight: 282

Today marks 1 year post op VSG surgery! Down 95lbs and I couldn't be happier!

salad is one of those "free" foods given it is a healthy salad (your salad sounds healthy). There really should be no guilt towards eating larger quantities of salad. Eat away.
