Im prêtty calm NOW...lol..i know this is what i need to do to have my life back and at âge 52. I usually get jumpy when im waiting to go into the opération room. I let the staff know thats my usual MO..:-)..WHO know maybe it will be différent, the jumpy feeling ...if not im used to it by.now...cant wait to go to the next step of my journey on may 28th

Sûre...i started in july with the nut, had to do 6 month with her due to my insurance réquirements. I put it off till may since im in school and i wanted finals over, and since im out for sommets, i can really heal.

Glad to see this info, was standing to see the Same things with me and my family, im like à sponge want to know everything...lol

I believe I was my highest 336 before I started the education sessions, and I got down to 318 at the last appointment a month and a half are so ago. I think I may have ain a few back, but I also do toning with weights for the top areas, so I know Ive gain some muscle mass. But Im still doing the smaller serving , no sodas, ect. I just dont watch my weight as I used to in the past, I needed a break from it, well until May 28 and I will go back to regular weight in again. I also had a goal to cut back on meds like you, and I did accomplish some of that already.
