  3. So am I ready to see the same....i was first joined the may group b4 my date changed to June. I still visit the may group to support the support that was giving to me, and its amazing watching them making their journey and soooo helpful for when my turn comes...
  4. Corneille they can work around but not micobraids...and a mess to get the goo they leave behind out of your hair...
  5. Was wondering if anyone Spoke with doctor about issues of auto immune issues and meds. I have a form of athritis that i have to take meds once à week for that mess with my immune system. Gladly i did speak with Both doctors, and the plan is to go off the meds, 2 weeks before surgery and stay off 3 weeks after, to give me the best chancefor healing....
  6. @willn...i know the feelin my date changed from may 28 to June 18, i was upset at first, but soon réalizé it just give me more time to loss à little more weight...learning so much watching the may sleevers go thought the surgery that is so helpful for me when my turn cômes...

  8. @sld....yes a c-section and few laperscope also...same muscles will be affected again. So im so ready...hint getup walk and use the pillow on the missection to cough, and sure out of bed not pull up with stomache muscles...:-)
  9. @tv ...chew and spit...lol....i had that in my head to if in a crunch when my time comes on june 18....and going back to look at my journey book i have been making donde last July....thanks for sharing...
  10. @Tiger...u hang in there, from all i read in there group its rough at first then get better. You have to remember Why you made the choice to take the journey, and go back and look at some old pic. I have mines on june 18, and my backup plan for the lows is to go back to my journey book and look at my goals to help me get thought the rough patches. I wont know till i really go vit i have a plan in case...

I did the other approach, i told just about everyone, mainly i saw à chance to educate people who seem to think we take the easy way out. **** no, this is hard work...lol...Second, it will help me be accountable to myself more... cause some people in our world are just waiting for you to fail, that jealous..I live this way everyday, i just mâke it à must to find a postive in everything that i deal with..... After all we all do what works for us to get the job done, and this is how i chose to do my journey. :-)

  17. Amazing way to look at our bodies to find peace with what we have done to it for whatever reasons. Thanks for sharing this its à great idea because recovery teaches to do amends but I hadnt thought about this when it came to my weight...
