I Water down my Isopure with ice throughout the day. I have a shake in the morning and try to do food during the day and isopure all day.

Hey as a side note had my first day back to work today and I'm flipping exhausted and I have a desk job...I never realized how stressful my job actually is...man head hurts back hurts...so tired...oh and I forgot to eat alll day not good...anyone else experience this?

I know the feeling i did the same thing, but IVe decided i cant not help à client on a recovery wing, its my nature. So i told the job i came back to soon and gave notice. I work parttime and its to much. My health comes first. I start à classes again in august and will décide if i sit the summer out as well. If i cant get Fluid and Protein in while on a job, it might be the same on campus, and i refuse to let anything stop my progress or success...a big décision, but had to be done...

I can swallow tablets bigger than that now' date=' but it is because of the type of medication it is and the healing tummy inside cannot handle that medicine yet....maybe one day....I CAN take a sinus (Sudafed) tablet or 1/2 of my synthroid at a time...1/2 and 1/2 with separate sips of Water.....but the surgeon did not want me to take the methotrexate that way yet.......btw, I did give myself that shot this morning and it was not as bad as my head thought it would be, lol....[/quote']

I saw my NUT today. Sleeved June 3rd. My starting bmi was 47.24' date=' pre-op bmi 46.12, current bmi 42.15. I have lost 8.5% of my total body weight. Yay! I am officially on a general diet and because of my height I have to up my Protein to 100-120 gms.[/quote']

Question: Are the injections because of issues swallowing pills and out small tummy? I notice many going from pills to shots...

On soft foods still, but so far no problèms eat just about what i want. Getting in 70-80 grams Protein.< /p>

I got off the pills 5weeks b4 surgery but was told the same off 2 weeks b4 surgery and 3weeks after. My surgery date was changed which is Why i was off so long. Surgery was 6/18 was feeling pretty good, so i went à little longer with out the meds, but some of the pain is returning à little more intense now, im due to see the RA doctor soon, but it sure was good while it lasted.:-)

Thats good they work as a team in the surgery room Dr gachassin assister my docyor, and they will do the same when your turn comes, so u will have the best care. Im doing Brest and have no complaints about my care

This is going to be TMI for some people....but as a woman who has suffered from PCOS and infertility and no natural monthly cycles....I would like to report that I had a cycle start 5 days after my surgery (surgery date june 12) and then I started another cycle today....I cant believe it is finally coming from what seems to be on a normal schedule. I pray that this happens every month so when goal is reached babies can be made without intervention from a fertility specialist :-)

Yes the surgery brought me out of premenopasal after nothing for dell over à year...they did warn us its possible..:-)

Hey guys I am stalling. I am smaller but the scale and I don't agree. I was a 24 but now I am in an 18. The scale has been the same for 2 weeks. I increased my Protein. I walk daily.

I went to my hospital support group and someone told me about putting Protein Powder into sf pudding. It's good and its really increased my Protein total. I was sleeved 6/25/13 and wasn't losing like I thought I should be and since I increased my protein I've started losing

Yes want to know also. How much protein powder in the Sf pudding and how often i do this

So is anyone else having relationship issues? Today I had a meeting at work. I get dressed up and do my hair and make up' date=' like every day. I had to drop something off to my husband at his work and he said you look so good. I said thank you and he continued to complement me. I said thanks again and he said who let you out the house looking that good. I just rolled my eyes because he says that all the time. I tell him I had to go and kiss him good bye. I start to drive away and he acts like he is throwing a fishing line and reeling it back in. I look at him and I say what are you doing? He said your going fishing and I got mad. I told him that he is nuts. His insecurity from his prior relationship is rearing its ugly head. I have been a faithful wife for 22 years. I lost weight get a grip. I kinda notice a difference with my guy as well. But he doing the distances game, i see his face when others comment on my weigh loss, he stares at me when he think im not looking..he like what he see but he worried that others see it to is what im thinking....well thats on him, im not going to hold his hand this was discussed over and over b4 surgery, so its no surprise, im lossing but im still me...but a better healthy me, who now thats take care of my needs finally....

I do like weight for toning my arma, Wall and dance in the house....try my chair dancing videos sometimes to.i get tires so fast, and my last stitch still pills but its pulling less, so hopfully it will soon pop with relieve completely..

Today makes a month since I was sleeved and I've lost 22lbs!

Question....i picked up some Unjury unflavor protein...any ideas on how to use this and amounts to use in my soft food to get more Protein in breakfast ideas for sure...eggs?...need some ideas....
