    Go get Premier Protein at Sam's Club, or costco.. I like chocolate the best.. 30 grams of protein, 160 calories.. Also, Chobani Greek Yogurt has high protein and is gr8!! I need 60/70 protein a day, I have had no problems drinking these shakes, just sip, wait, sip, wait, repeat... You can do it!! I'm now 3 1/2 mo out, I do 1 shake and get the other protein from meats, cheeses and yogurts..
