  2. OMG. I thought the Zombie Apocalypse was funny... I am LMAO. thanks I needed that. I am also on my clear liquids. I have an obnoxious 20yo son that might be more tasty!
  3. I am right there with you! Started day 1 and have stuck it out so far. Never realized how much my stomach growls during the day. This has got to be some weird head hunger thing. I took a 30 min nap to only dream about eating McD's and I don't even like it. Go figure. We can do this!!!
  4. Just had my surgery re-scheduled to March 18
  5. Wow... I guess mine was pretty easy too. I loved my session. It was like talking to my best friend. She was awesome and a bariatric post op patient of 8 years herself. Gave me a ton of insight and suggestions on vitamins and shakes. If anyone is in the metro detroit are (she is in Belleville) I would HIGHLY recommend checking her out. 6. I have severe obstructed sleep apnea (on cpap for less than a year now) but honestly can say it HELPS. I wake up wide awake. I am not sluggish during the day. I put mine on while watching TV before bed. It is such a tiny mask. Fits just around my nose. You will notice how much better you can breathe with it on. I LOVE it. I left mine on a flight once and had a panic attack when I realized I lost it. Thank goodness the airport lost and found had it
  7. MARCH 25 Looks like there are a lot of us set for March 25. So excited to be joining the list. Now the countdown begins!!
  8. Hi Joe! Having my sleeve on March 25@ Wyandotte. Who is your doctor? I have been torn between sleeve or bi-pass as well. I am at 222 right now, have severe obstructed sleep apnea, high blood pressure and just diagnosed with diabetes. Tammy
  9. Sorry- I meant March 25th
  10. I am so excited to finally have a date. I think I spent the better part (of the day I found out) resting. I was on adrenalin overload. Glad to have a support system here and look forward to sharing with you all!
  11. I am March 25 also. Dr said I need to loose only 5lbs Pre-op so I will only be doing 1-2 weeks Pre-diet. He said it wasn't necessary, but the paperwork I received in the mail says 2 weeks. Guess I will find out more March 7th at my Pre-op class.
  12. Just got my date. March 25. Feels so far away still.
  13. I am in the Downriver (Metro) Detroit area and am s happy to have found this forum. Hoping for surgery by mid-March. Waiting for my surgery date now.
