Fluids went down well with no restriction. I started on sorts yesterday. You will definitely notice a difference. I could only eat 1/2 of a scrambled egg!Hang in there and keep walking. It will get better!!Sorry I probably wasn't much help. I really don't know why it might of happened. I hadn't done anything different when I experienced the nausea.Sorry your having a hard time.
