It's slowly getting better each day. I'm just battling some strong cravings every once in a while! Hope that goes away....

I can add a piece of fruit to the Protein shakes. They also gave me an option for 1 Protein Bar a day until the day before surgery

So my nutritionist recommended I try Quest bars as a meal replacement and as a way to incorporate more protein in my diet. Has anybody tried these bars? If so, which ones did you like and where do you get them from?

I finally confirmed my surgery date for Feb 20! Could not be more ready to start this next chapter in my life!
