Sleeves 2/19 down 40 pounds

I was sleeved 2/13 I am down 20 pounds from the day of surgery. Been walking for 30 minutes for 2 weeks, but hoping I'll be released to ride my recumbent bike tomorrow.

I was sleeved 2/18. Was not required to lose any weight pre-op, I infact was 1 pound heavier on the day of the surgery. I have lost 26 pounds since.
Starting weight: 222
Goal weight : 120
Also my height is 5.5.

Today is my official 1 month surgiversary! Down 36.6 lbs. I was stalled for a bit, lost 2lbs, stalled a bit again, then I upped my Water intake and I dropped another half pound. Today I start swimming, my incisions are no longer scabbed so I'm hitting the pool today with the kids! So excited. I've been waiting to go with them
As much as I want to be upset about "only losing 36lbs in a month" I can't be... Nearly 40lbs?! I'm please. I can't wait to see where I am next month! Hope everyone is doing well, I love reading everyone's progress!

Today is four weeks for me!! My stall officially broke!!! Down ten pds in a week! Total loss from pre op 34lb!!!!! Tears came to my eyes after I got off the scale. I AM DOING THIS...... GO ME!!!!

Starting weight at initial consulation - 323
"Official pre-op" weight - 314
Surgery Day 306
Today 284.4
Total lost so far 38.6
The past week/week and a half though, only los about 4 oz!

Sleeved on 2/12 and have lost 48lbs

Sleeved 2/11. 4lbs pre-op and 27lbs since surgery for a total of 31lbs since 3 days before surgery.

Sleeved 2/14 down 36lbs

I admit I was depressed too, but not because of the food. It was because I was angry with myself for getting in the position that I would need to have surgery because of my selfishness with food. It only lasted about 3 weeks. And thankfully I have a wonderfully supportive husband and friends to get me through it.
Those are normal feelings. You've come this far and you won't regret it. Keep your eyes on the bigger picture.

It can be if you let it. You can eat the same things just in proportion to the size of your stomach! I was depressed for about a good three weeks. But not cause of the food. It had to do with me and why I had to get the surgery but 5 months out and I feel great! Things will get back to normal and that's a good thing!

It is painful that your business is spread throughout the office by an unprofessional boss. the only good news is that now they can watch you shrink with envy and you can smile at them and say to yourself, "look how hot and sexy I am you b******!" It does take the anxiety away from having a secret also. You are making a good decision for your health and the bottom line is: it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks but you! Head up and keep moving forward.....

So my friend and I went shopping and I did not try on anything I was to scared I don't kno why maybe I don't want to give up my old clothes or things are moving so fast that I can't keep up my friend says you have to be down a size or two but what if I'm not maybe the thought of not being I don't kno I haven't shopped for my self for clothes since last March ..but has everyone else doing about going shopping
