  3. Akkkkk... I know it happens, I get it... 2 weeks I have lost 1 lb...... This needs to end! I am not released to exercise more than walking, Soo frustrated!
  4. Well, the little bit I had was awesome! Thank you!
  5. I had mine tonight! I dry toasted it bread and topped with an egg and sautéed spinach, tomato and onion! Very tasty!
  6. Went to my 4 week check up today! I have lost18 lbs and move onto mushy foods. I have ever been so excited for an egg! Very happy today!

  8. Ok just took it out of the oven! I will be progressed on to stage 3 on Monday ! Should be able to enjoy them!

  10. Has anyone tried it? They are made from eggs, ff cream cheese, and baking soda. 36 calories for 1 bun, 1.8 carbs?

  12. I am 3 weeks out and am absolutely freezing! Tell me it gets better!
  13. I was like that for a few weeks. I was sleeved on 1/15, today I am feeling much better. It will get better.
  14. Took me a solid 3 weeks to feel better ! It will get better.
  15. Went in today for my 3 week followup. The good news is I am down 17 lbs! The bad, I am dehydrated, not terribly bad, but bad enough that they wanted to give me an IV. Wellll after 5 tries to get a vein, I stopped them and promised to go home and drink like it is my job! I do however get to go back to work next week and will progress my diet to soft foods on Monday!

  17. My plan is ground turkey to start! I love lettuce wraps for sure, but was trying for a " bun" option!
  18. So last night I had a dream about how to make healthy sliders...lol. Yes I dream about food. Anyhoo, I "made" small turkey meatball sized burgers and used a baked waffle fry as the bun! Hmmm I may need to try one... When I can a a tidally eat solids!
  19. Pre op dips, pretty much anything that uses sour cream, I subbed fage 0. Ranch is awesome, as is French onion. I even added a BBQ dry rub to a cup and it was good! Honestly I am so not picky, I will try almost anything once! I get in the kitchen and start mixing, it either works or it doesn't and I toss it!
  20. I eat yo plait 100 calorie Greek lemon, lime or vanilla. I use fage 0 fat to cook with, or for dips!
  21. I try to avoid chemicals and such. From what I have read it can work, and brings some fiber to my diet without carbs!
  22. I was sleeved on January 15. Spent 4 days in the hospital with blood sugar issues. I am down 20 so far. Very happy with everything, except my energy level. Hope that picks p soon.
  23. I am going to try barley water. From what I understand it helps!
