I stalled at 3 wk also. I wrote everything down and worked out daily. You are prob doing everything right but like others stated your body is just adjusting. When this happened to me I upped my calories from 409-700 daily to 900 twice a week and that week started losing again and have been ever since. I just keep mixing up my food and 5 times a week try to hit 800 calories and 2 days a week try to hit 900. Doing that with watching my carbs' date=' and keeping fat between 20-30 grams a day is working well for me. I am at week 6 and doing great. We are all different so just alter some stuff wait 3-4 days to see if it helps and just keep trying. I log in every meal on myfitnesspal Protein 60g every day.. I walk every day start the gym Weds,this week with a trainer I broke my hand and can not do much of exercise also I have been in a lot of pain last week but feeling better now..Going to try upping my Water and protein having a hard time getting it all in ... Thanks..

for me is stage 3 full liquid diet post-op -6 weeks 65-70g Protein low- fat milk,strained cream Soup, sugar free yogurt low-fat cottage ect...
stage 4- pureed Diet- 7-8 weeks post op scrambled,soft boiled or soft poached eggs, pudding,baby food meats, applesauce.Well-cooked/cooked/pureed vegetable,refried Beans, pureed meat salads applesauce,well-cooked/pureed vegetables ;
stage 4- week 7-8 post op food choices: scrambled,soft boiled or soft poached eggs,pudding,baby food meats,well cooked/pureed vegetables,refried beans pureed meat salads ect..
stage 5 weeks 9-6 mos.post op more solid textures
stage 6-life time focusing on nutritious choice..
REMEMBER:
Do not advance your diet too quickly.It takes about a month for your digestive system to adjust to the changes from surgery. Be patient!!!

Wow...Thanks for the info; on Muscle Milk I hope you can fine a Protein you can take It's hard to get all of my protein in every 65-70g a day!! Good Luck!!!

I know the feeling it take a while to found one try injury is a power with no taste or ProCel you can put over food it's instantly dissolving also Syntrax -Nectar whey Protein isolate 23g. I love CVS whey protein 26g per scoop

Try GasX and do more walking I had my sleeve 3-4-13 and it's still hard to drink Water try a baby slippy cup it's help with the air you take in when drinking...Good luck with your new life!!

Don't be to hard on yourself I have also stall I'm 54yrs old had my sleeve 3-4-13 I know it's going to be slower for me due to my age.. Dr said this is part of the weight loss.I have up my Water and more Protein and been walking walking and more walking and It will help you get back on track ..Be good to yourself...

Sleeve march 4th I have lost 20lbs and one paint size and I'm at a stall for week now my Dr.said not to worried It will come off..To up your Water and Protein and walk walk..So hang in there I only weight my self 1x week I wont to lose my weight slow I know it took a long time to get the weight on and it will take time for it to come off...Good Luck!!

I am 54yrs old had my sleeve March 4th and I am so glad I did this wish I could have done this sooner I'm off my high Blood pressure meds..Lost 20lbs and down one size I am at a stall but that is ok..As for the pre op liquid diet I'm glad my Dr had me do the diet it help me for my post op sage 1 and 2. Welcome to the group and good luck with your new life..

I use my Iphone timer to help me to slow down I am 17 days post op I can only do 2-3 table spoons at one setting I can only get maybe 1/2 egg white ...I weight everything I eat and drink get your Protein in will help with hunger head hunger is a hard one for me I chew s/f gum and I read a lot and go for walks and it helps...I love myfitnesspal app !!
