Ok so I tried just one egg this morning and you are right...I only needed 1 egg. I ate another egg 2 hours later. I think what I will do is eat every 2-3 hours so I don't feel so hungry all the time. However, I will only eat very small portions each time. I think that might solve my hunger issues. I hope!!

Hi all....I was sleeved on 1/21/13. I'm feeling very frustrated right now. I feel like I can eat too much. I'm on the pureed food stage and for Breakfast I can eat 8oz of cream of wheat. For lunch I can eat 8oz of Soup and for dinner 8oz of retried Beans. I could def eat more if I wanted to. I'm ALWAYS hungry!!!!!!! I'm so disappointed with this surgery right now. Then I hear ppl say they can only eat 2oz of food and they are stuffed it makes me want to cry. It seems like an hour after I eat...I get hungry again. Has this happened to anyone else? I just don't understand it and I'm getting really depressed at this point

Angelamarie, except for the fact that I was sleeved on 1/23, it could have been me writing your posts. I have been sooo hungry.
I can't express how much I appreciate Jenny and the others who have responded to this discussion.....you have most likely saved my sanity. I was beginning to wonder if I had made the biggest mistake of my life.

I lost 21 lbs a week after surgery so yes! Isn't it great!?!?!?!
