I initially wanted the band. Met with my surgeon at a wonderful hospital in Philadelphia and they informed me due to so many complications of the band they no longer perform that surgery there. He went into detail and then I had to reassess my decision.

6 days post op I had a dream last night that I are two delicious veggie hoagies and 2 slices of pizza! I even felt guilty in my dream! Omg does anyone else dream of food?

I was sleeved 26th. I feel pretty good but my belly is swollen and a little sore. I won't be taking any more meds though. I still have a little gas and I haven't had a BM yet. I think that's why I'm still a little nauseous. And yes heating pads are awesome. I've been freezing especially at night, through the night and. When I wake up. I put it on my lower back and if feels wonderful. I wish you a speedy recovery -

I've had nooo bowel moments. I was sleeved the 26th. I'm starting to get worried. I have been super bloated and have some gas that just doesn't want to come out!! -

I got it at whole foods. I haven't tried it yet. I put it in the vegetarian jello that I made so as soon as its cooled and firm ill try it. Well ill make my husband try it first

Has anyone used he unflavored plant fusion protein? I want to try making vegan jello with the protein. Just seeing if anyone has any feedback
