    Hello to all

    Make sure you're getting in all of your vitamins and supplemnts. Also, be sure you're getting in the right amount of protein and fluids...that's my biggest issue...also sleep is very important. making sure you're getting enough rest is a vital part of weight loss. good luck!

    I'm at a stand still

    you must remember that muscle weighs more than fat. i know it's hard not to become fixated on the scale but we need to refrain from weighing daily to weekly or every other. your body is probably adjusting. plus you have to eat more when working out as long as your selecting the healthier options you should be fine. you will get over this hump!

  13. cream of wheat and thinned oatmeal are great for breakfast. i also ate the hand soups from Campbell cream of chicken, broccoli, and chicken and stars...they are less than 200 calories and very filling.
