  5. I'm 2 months post op, anyone at this stage have trouble with lettuce? I've been craving a good grilled chicken salad!
  6. I was sleeved 1/14 had a stall at week 3 for a week and a half and been on a stall this time for 2 weeks! I have lost a total of 51 pounds since January 2nd, but the scale not moving at all drives me nuts!!
  7. I was told nothing 30 before or 30 after.
  8. I stalled at 3 weeks for a whole week! I had surgery on Jan 14th, since Jan 2nd I have lost a total of 46 pounds! Just be patient! It will happen. Hang in there!

  14. Hi All, Tomorrow I get to start puréed food!! Yay! Has anyone eaten Vienna sausages or potted meat? I noticed it has hardly any carbs but quite a bit of sodium. Would this be okay? -Mindi

  16. I was sleeved on 1/14 and I've chewed it twice. I had no problems however, not to say you won't. Good luck!

  20. Yes, on liquids. Ugh! I talked to my dietitian today and I am not able to get my protein in nor fluids, I'm trying on the fluid part. The protein shakes make me gag or send me running to the restroom. She has advised me to try a different brand. Maybe if I can get my protein in I won't think about other stuff and Monday isn't that far away!
  21. I'm 9 days post op. According to my diet, I will not be able to eat cottage cheese, puréed foods etc until Monday. How is it I see some people are 4 days out and already getting these foods? What happens if I try them before Monday?? Any suggestions?
  22. I'm 9 days out and my drain was removed before leaving the hospital. I wouldn't say it hurt, I would say it was uncomfortable when being removed. You can feel pressure and it took just a second to remove.
  23. Hi all. I'm nine days post op. The last two nights I have not been able to sleep due to my right leg feeling like it can't be still. I will be the first to say I haven't been able to get all my fluids or Protein in. Is that why I feel this way? Is anyone else having this problem? Very frustrating. Thanks, Mindi
