  16. Hoping I could offer some encouragement. I am 4 months post op today and I honestly have no regrets, except that I didn't get sleeved sooner. I'm down 73 lbs, and about 30 inches overall. I have so much more energy. I work out 3-5 times a week. I have had a really good experience overall. I did have some early issues with dehydration but it was my fault...not drinking enough. I have only thrown up a few times. I'm eating normal, but healthy foods. I don't even recognize myself in the mirror! Its such a great feeling and I'm loving the changes. I still have a long ways to go! The apprehension is normal, but trust me, its worth it.
  17. I live in Hartsville, SC! Just had my 3 month follow up and I've lost 64 lbs total!
  18. Had my 3 month check up today. Down 64 lbs, 25 inches and 5 sizes.
  19. Dr. Heider did my sleeve on Feb 25. He is wonderful!
  20. I was sleeved in NC in February but live in SC! Down 63 lbs since start of my pre op diet. Would be great to have a SC support system!!
  21. Anyone have any suggestions for how to track work out videos on MFP? I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and don't know how to log my exercisen
  22. 299.5 when I started pre op diet on 2-5. Sleeved on 2-25. Current weight 250.2.
  23. It was dehydration. Ended up on an exam table hooked up to IVs today for 7 hours. No fun.
  24. I'm 6 weeks post op and for the past 2 days, I've been so weak, no energy and very dizzy and lightheaded every time I stand up, to the point where I feel like I may pass out. Anyone else experience this?
  25. I am experiencing car sickness as well at 3 weeks out.
  26. I'm three weeks post op and just cleared for pureed stage yesterday, so at this point, I'm still sipping most of my calories through liquids. However, I can only get in 1 to 1.5 bottles of water a day. I feel like I sip all day long and it takes me 3-4 hours to finish one bottle. Any suggestions??
