  1. I wear one, yes my doc suggested it. I am an ER nurse and know from experience that is we get a patient that is unresponsive or trauma them we start with working on them and it usually includes an NG esp if we need to est an airway. So it's smart because if you can't speak for yourself it speaks for you.
  2. You may need a different acid reducer like nexiem or Prevacid. After surgery I needed to have my dose increased to twice per day.

  4. I had a NSV today!! I went to Kohl's today to get my daughter a few things and found a cute pair of skimmers ( like capri's) that are not a plus size!! I have not worn a regular misses size in over 5 years;) I bought them even though I am still losing;)
  5. I try and eat nuts like almonds every day but yep they are pricy in the calories! I have always loved nuts and eat regularly to help get healthy fats:)

  7. Chocolate brownie and cookie ones are my favorite:) even my teenage daughter loves them!
  8. I use the sugar free syrups in my Greek plain yogurt to flavor it. I use about a tablespoon in a half cup. My fav is vanilla bean:)
  9. I had my surgery 1/23/13 and am down 69.5 pounds total including pre-op loss:) I have so much more energy!!

  12. I am actually 10 weeks post op but just had my 2 mo check up with my doctor and was thrilled!! I don't need cholesterol medicine anymore!! All my labs were good and he said I am right on track with my weight loss;)
  13. Bariatric Fusion is what my doc and nut recommend for the patient in the practice I go to. They are chewable and don't taste bad. I have to chew 3 a day which is fine with me:)
