I was sleeved on 12-11-12. Today was my 5 wk ck up. Ive only lost 22lbs. My dr said I shouldve been down 15 more lbs at the least. He said ALL we hv to eat now is Protein, Water & our Vitamins. I guess ive been making this WAY too hard. So...im gonna tighten up and do this HIS way. excited!!!! Love my bossy dr...man I need him

Oh my goodness this meal was delicious my children even enjoyed it. you must try this

Tofu lasagna noodles (different' date=' but an acceptable substitute, and very low cal!)2 1/2 cups Marinara sauce
Filling:
1 cup Shredded chicken (cooked)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
1 pint Ricotta cheese
10 oz Frozen Spinach (thawed and squeezed to remove moisture)
1 egg
Mix all the filling ingredients together. Spoon 1/4 - 1/2 cup on the end of each noodle, roll up, place in baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour marinara sauce over the top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
This would probably be great with delicious pesto sauce if the marinara upsets your stomach.[/quote']

Im down 22 pounds...I did go through the 3week lull. Ive worn a 20-22 for a long time now. Last night I put on a pair of 18 jeans and they fit like a DREAM!!!! SUPER EXCITED!!! (Eating right & a week at the gym is working)

I cut 3/4 mushrooms and sauted in evoo. Then I added 1/2 cup egg beaters (=2 eggs), 1 slice of lowfat cheese..when finished I put 1/2 c plain greek yogurt and some salsa....YUMMY!!!

I had my sleeve on tues, Was out on thurs am. I am a nailgirl..on fri I went in in the afternoon and did 2 clients. I was fine and my dr said to do wat I felt like doing...sat I worked a couple hrs, rested 2 hrs and went back. I hv to say a week off woulda been great but im a single mom and I hv to pay the bills!!! Good luck on ur journey

Saddie...I too am experiencing this too. I know sometimes I eat to much...when im really hungry....bile is all I get up too...but I DO feel better then:)

Btw...I felt nausea and took phenergan...that helped me drink more..im 4+ wks out. I joined the gym today...1st time Ever!!!

Omg..my gas pains are horrific. My stomach just rolls! Not to mention I cant poop....what r u doin to help?

Somewhere on this site it said that some dr said kettle corn. So I looked at reg popcorn vs kettle corn. Sure enough kettle corn was the best! So when u do eat it...try the single serve kettle corn:)
