Still frustrated but taking it out on my treadmill. I have moved from 30 minutes to 60 minutes! Take that fat!

I am in my third week post op. I have started eating real food and I am frustrated. I eat but don't feel satisfied. I can't get my 60-80 g. of protein in. I also have only lost 6 lbs. What should I do?
