I am down from a size 48-50 jeans to a 40. shirts from 4xl to 2xl and a couple xl depending on how they are made. I am off all my diabetic meds and have reduced one of my BP meds to once a day. Feeling great. Hope everyone is staying on track!!

I do need to clarify the left pic is a year ago at my heaviest at 357. I was 349 at the start of my liquid diet and 335 on surgery day. I currently weighed in at 314 yesterday morning. So it is weight loss from from more than just two weeks. I'm feeling great. Thanks for all the kind words. Everyone keep up the great work.

My wife and I both had the sleeve. Our surgeon told us to eat every 3 hours. Consisting of 3small meals and then proper Snacks in between.

Day 4 post op. no problems with sips of Water, Protein Shakes or Campbell's chicken noodle Soup broth. Also good with Gerber organic applesauce. Incisions hurt like heck and gas pain is killing me. Lol. Other than that all good. 349 at pre-op. 328 this morning.

I've reviewed a couple of their shakes. And to be honest' date=' they aren't bad. The quality is there.
Where they fall way short is their marketing & their price. It's a MLM system. They cost about 3 times what is would cost you to get all the same benifits on the standard retail market.
I really cannot recommend them, not because of the shakes themselves. But because of the "hustle" in the way they marketed. They are good shakes, but will never deliver what they claim.

O.T.R. That's kinda what I was thinking. Thanks for the input.

What's that? A brand? Never heard of it...It's a brand. Pretty much a pyramid selling product.

Best- you look great. You inspire me to take better care of myself. One that pissed me off the most. Guy at work lost 140 without surgery. Coworker said he did it the hard way and all i did was close my eyes and wake up with a smaller stomach and shed the weight. All i responded was yep i took the easy way out. Best i didn't say what was really on my mind.
