  1. Go up to the cafe at Bailey and get the multi pack of instant breakfast. You will want different flavors. Or get them on amazon. You can only find chocolate in the store
  2. It will all work out. They should not give you too much trouble with BMi I would not think. Yeah Dr katsis does surgery on Tuesdays and Dr Varnell does them on Wednesday... Let me know what happens
  3. I really liked the psych lady. I wish she was in Tulsa. Would probably use her... Lol. There is a lot to do. Did your insurance make you do the 6 month diet? I
  4. Hi molliec. I am doing amazing. Down 46 pounds since 12/26. Back to work last week. Gotta get my energy and stamina back. Last Friday I was really tired after work and my top incision was hurting but took the weekend to relax and I'm doing good so far this week. About 3 hours of constant activity and I'm pooped... But so grateful for everything. How are you by the way...
  5. Ha ha ha I'm young and fat and really didn't like it. They want your pulse to get to 165. I lasted 12 minutes. Sleep study is a pain but since I got my cpap machine (I've had mine for almost a year) and love it. It makes such a big difference. Dr Lewis (pulmonologist) is awesome. He cracks me up. Everything will be fine. Keep me posted
  6. Everything is going good. Been up and going more each day. I go back to my surgeon on the 23rd and hopefully get released to go back k to work. Getting a little tired of not working. Ready for some different food Ne t week
  7. I saw my surgeon in October and I waited until January to have surgery because the sleeve was not covered by my insurance until then but usually everything happens pretty quickly
  8. Surgery went great. Was in some pain the first couple of days. It is an adjustment but it is not too bad. They pretty much left me alone the first day but the 2nd day I was up and about a lot. Since being home I have been doing just fine. It is getting easier to get all of my liquids in. And I finally got the soreness out. Things seem to be going great
  9. Yeah he was not overly personable but I like him. Yes you can pick. I'll keep you updated
  10. Dr katsis is my surgeon. I have heard good things about him and both of the Dr's I work for were happy he is doing it
  11. My first appointment was in September and the soonest I would have been able to have surgery was December. But my insurance would not approve the sleeve until January
  12. I am using Bailey and my surgery is Tuesday. I have loved my experience with Dr Kirk and Lisa. Very supportive
