Mine was nov 13. I can't do most bread stuff, cracker, bread, rice, tortillas, pasta, all of these things make my stomach hurt whether they are whole grain or not. I have given it all up for the time being. -
I don't know how to add people either but I'm setterling there too.

Dr. Fearing at Malley surgical did mine. That entire office is wonderful. My insurance paid all except my deductible and the hospital they use takes payments for the deductible.
