  1. It's like a scrapbook, but with less structure. I found it at Joann's Craft Store. I've seen them on Amazon as well.
  2. I like these tips. Very good! I recently bought a SmashBook and have started to fill it with outfits I like and thought it might be a good way to chronicle my WL surgery and journey.
  3. I'm sure others have used it, but I'm not very familiar with Skype. I have it set up on my tablet which I'll be taking with me. What experiences have others have using this service while in Tijuana?
  4. I guess I didn't really mean binge. I'm just really over the sweetness of the shakes everyday. That's more of what it is. But I'm trying to stay away from soups because of sodium levels, even the lower sodium ones are high. I had a very long day and did go thru McD's drive-thru. I ended up getting 2plain grilled chicken sandwiches but just ate the fillets and ditched the buns. I just have a few more pounds to drop to get my BMI under 50 so I can save the extra $1,000.
  5. I feel a binge coming. I'm only 15 days away from surgery. I've been on full liquids for several weeks (due to my plane being canceled last minute when I was supposed to have surgery in Tijuana on Feb. 15) and soooooo want something to eat! Last night I ate 3 sausage patties. I don't even like sausage!
  6. Good luck! You'll do fine!
  7. Maybe you could ask for something to relax you a bit. Maybe then you won't think about being bored or frustrated. Idk...works for me sometimes...I think it's a Kolonopin kinda night anyway!
  8. Good luck and many prayers for those being sleeved this week.
  9. WOW! What an experience. I'm glad your friend was with you to help you thru it. We're about to get hit with another snow storm with ice tonight and into Tuesday. I was supposed to be flying back on Monday. So I guess its good that things have been postponed. Can't wait to join you on the other side.
  10. So glad to hear from you! I'm glad you're doing ok and I bet you're happy that this is finally done (at least the surgery part)!
  11. It'll happen. I'm excited for you. So sad I couldn't be there. Keep us informed.
  12. Now I'm set for the 14th. We can do rounds together. Who is your doctor again?
