I like cottage cheese so that's good. I have been having cheese and egg for breakfast. Fish or tuna for lunch but I'm looking for more ideas.

That was my guideline...high protein and low carb. I don't have to do shakes or liquid.

Can someone give some good people to watch that have at least a year of videos. I found one once and the last also showed her food she was eating and the boxes so you could see what it looked like. I wish I could remember who it was.
