I have to say I'm a cheater! I have indulged in a few solids I'm on week 3 soft! I have had no problems! I can't help it! I'm slowly removing all the bad food out if my diet k just need to taste it on least time!!!! Grrrrr aggravated at my weakness!!!

I'm 4 weeks out and have stalled for 2 weeks! Sw223 Surg day 12/7/12 205 Post surg 215 Today 1/7/13 195 grrrrrr I'm not a patient person I would like at least 2 lbs a week or SOMETHING! I've change several things to try to lose weight but it's not working! Any recommendations or stories that will give me a boost of Ego? Please I'm pretty bummed!

Thank you both for the boost! I really need it right now! It's been a rough few weeks! I go bk to work this week and hopefully with the distraction of being a nurse and running like a chicken with now head I won't think about my weight! -

I have never been a belcher! Now it's almost constant!!! And the stomach growling my kids hear it across the room! -

I had a 20+ pain due to I pick up something heavy and pulled a muscle don't do it! Have someone help you! It had me out way longer then expected!!!! 3 weeks out and finally able to exercise and move! -

I'm dec 7 sleeve! Came home 215 now I'm 198! Having major issues getting all my protein in! Since I'm very picky on taste it's killing me!!!! Any recommendations? I'm on softs!
