So I meet my 40 pounds down in 2 mos! Sleeved dec 7th! But have seemed to fall off the wagon! Which caused me to bounce around 4 pounds! Need words of encouragement! Going bk to basics! Exercising but not as hard core as I usually do! Grrrrr aggravate myself when I let go because then I lose my drive! -

This is so my story! But hang in there! I was close to 4 weeks and then suddenly 1 lb then another now 5! Deep breathes it SUCKS but it will happen! Keep the faith! -

Friday was my 6 weeks ck up! I'm down 33 from my 10 day liq diet b4 surg! I have a friend she's a year out and she looks awesome and she said she was allowed wine! That's my drank! lol well everything and anything is my drank lol! -

My dr said to get a few carbs in! That's why I stalled last time I had no carbs! But just a few I would allow one every other day minimal portion! It's helped! -

Sleeved 12/7! Lost 33 that's from day one of 10 liquid diet! I've was size 20 and yesterday I wore my first 11 in 4 years! It was the best feeling EVER! -

SW 223 Surg 205 After surg 215 Today 194 I've stalled for 3 weeks looking for help! I run about 2 miles a night! -
So I'm want to run a 5 k in april I'm about a month and a week post surgery only lost 1-2 lbs in last 3 weeks I was told I'm exercising to much! Opinions?
