    Sore muscles, bicep tendon, how to prevent?

    So i'm going to try the shower thing a few days ago i did a major core workout....The next day i felt fine didn't feel anything ...by the third day my mid-section is sore and when i sneeze it hurts..lol.That or i'm trying the tylenol muscle relief cream. Its just wierd it took a couple days to kick in.
  3. Another day off. Yeah :D well the other day i kicked my own butt and focused on core work. Going to go again today and put it on repeat other then that i'm not sure how to spend it

  6. kinda sleepy...cleaned the bedroom,bathroom..2 HOURS AT THE GYM...hair cut , groceries..I think i need a nap

    Pain after surgery

    It's very bearable...I was only off 2 weeks from work...and was right back to it...on my feet 9 hours a day.
  9. I'm excited for you at my heaviest i weight 415...got down to 395 when i started meeting with my doctor...and 355 before surgery..now i'm 203 2 years post-op. Hope that gives you something to look foward to. CONGRATS
  10. Having a fat girl day. How come you feel more fat after you lose weight then you do while your obese :/ ?

    Personal Trainer

    i love my trainer...I encourage him to kick my ass.... the stuff i can't do on my own..more bang for my buck and i definately feel it afterwards

    protein drink before or after

    I've talked with my personal trainer before about this before and suggested healthy carbs before a workout and protien afterwards . Fuel to start your workout and protien afterwards for recovery. Seems to work for me..so i usually drink isopure afterwards in the glass bottles or a protien shake 40-60g of protien

  18. It's been so long, but i believe soft foods are next if your not already on them...Yogurts, cottage cheese...light things that are not heavy and litttle texture. Cottage cheese is my go to food...still 2 years later..easy to eat and high in protein. If you can also i recomend..Isopure also makes a smoothie...tastes better then the Clear liquids..and it's 32g of protein in a bottle
  19. Sorry it took so long to reply... We might have. i unfortunately never made it to any of the support groups. I lived about an hour north of Grand Rapids. But I love that place and if i lived closer i would definately be at the support groups. Congrats on your weight lose paul

    You sound like me... It will change your life as long as you stick to the guidlines and rules..and remember this sleeve is just a tool to help you. You will still have to pay attention to what you eat and be active. Congrats and good luck

    Treadmills- who actually uses them?

    i love the treadmill...... I had one in the house when i was living at my moms...i would get on it...take a break...get on it take a break...get on it take break and so forth....But now that i have moved out i have a gym membership...I can only make it there about 3 times a week...I love to get out of the house and use it and other equipment..It's just not availble to my own convience..But no treadmill in my house means no Gym room that smells like a sweaty gym room ... lol leave it at the gym. Pros and Cons
  23. Dont get discouraged... everything takes time, we all didn't gain weight overnight and it won't fall off that easy either unfortunately... Just stay motivated,follow their guidlines,drink lots of water, and start getting active. oh and stay POSITIVE

    Plastic surgery?

    You look amazing...I'm thinking about plastic surgery as well...i've lost about 200lbs...but i'm only 30 and want kids...so i don't know if i should wait until after i have kids...so i dont stretch it all back out
