Good Luck to all of you with upcoming surgeries. I am home now and actually feeling pretty good.I am laying on the sofa watching TV. The liquid pain med is keeping me comfortable. I am not nauseated anymore thank goodness. I have been sipping on Water, but my favorite so far is sugar free popsicles. The anxiety I had experienced before surgery, although normal, was really unfounded. My surgeon, nurses, and other caregivers were wonderful. I do not regret this decision at all. I am beyond excited to have the band out. I wish all of you with upcoming surgeries the best of luck for a speedy recovery. The first 24 hours was a doozy! After that, it has been smooth sailing. For me at least.

i am in January! 1/17 is my date. i am on the liquid diet now... i am super nervous and i have had REALLY bad heartburn with the liquids. IT SUCKS but i i have confidence it will all be worth it? right?
