  1. Congratulations on your accomplishments.... You have made the tool called "Gastric Sleeve" truly work for you! I truly understand what you are saying.....free from all things food! What a freedom it is! Blessing Tina
  2. Hi I had my surgery through Kaiser as well. I believe it depends on the particular coverage you have. In our options classes they told us to call membership services before the surgery to find out what coverage you have. One man in the class had a $1,500.00 co-pay. My co-pay was $200.00. Not bad to 3 days and 2 nights in the hospital. Best wishes for your surgery Kimkai.

  7. No judgement here..... I feel you... I told very few people before surgery. However, afterwards I did not care what people thought. Anyone who asks I tell them the truth. Usually they have questions which I answer. Because after that fact their opinions really don't matter.... Best Wishes with the surgery and your decision

  14. Hi I just have to chime in on this one. I understand that it is important.to have the support of the Dr.'s that are involved in your health care. However, some just will take the time to do the research. I am willing to bet you are more informed on this subject than this Dr. is....... The painful truth is we will not get support from 100% of the people in our lives...be it a Dr., friends or family. Sorry this Dr. let you down. As long as you know it is best for you than that is all you need. Best Wishes
