Did you have your surgery on 3/27?? I'm scheduled for 6/20... I'm having a revision from the sleeve to the DS... how did things go for you?

How did your surgery go? I'm looking into a revision of my bag, possibly with Dr Gonzalez...

I have had to up my calories to 1100 to maintain (my wedding is Saturday and I couldn't get my dress altered 1000 times- so with my doctors approval I went into maintenance briefly). I've still lost a couple pounds but it has been very sporadic. (160-158).I'm 4'11 and weighed 158 this morning. Wearing a medium and size 10.
I could go for 158!! You look great! I'm 4'11 too! I can't wait to get my sleeve:)

Has anyone else noticed the increased snoring with weight gain? I think I may have always been a light snorer (is that even a word?! lol), but it's getting ridiculous now! For those of you who snored before, can you tell a difference after losing weight?!
-
I've been waiting for a forum like this!!!! I've also wondered how the weight loss affects those of shorter stature! I'm 26, 4'11", and weigh 245(ish). I'm really wanting to have my surgery at the end of this year. I have the usual, high BP, PCOS, higher end of normal blood sugar, and SNORING:( Some people don't understand that when you're shorter, the weight makes even more of a difference in your health!
So glad to finally meet some of you who were/are in my same situation!!!!

I'm feeling the same' date='I'm on my way now.[/quote']
Good luck! You'll do great! Let us know how it goes!!

Thanks! Also I guess I'm eager to know how much weight loss is averages per week. I know that everyone is different but just curious. My weight right now is 195# and I'm 5' 7". I can't decide since I would like to lose 65# if it will come off fast or it will come off slower than someone who has more weight to lose?I'm assuming b/c you have less to lose your weight may come off a little slower than most. There are some forums about people w/lower BMIs... You might read em if you get a chance. I could be totally wrong though... So don't take my word for it! lol
I'm so glad for you! I can't wait to get everything together and get a surgery date!!
-
