Alrighty, then. There are several veterans still on here, and a few "newer" veterans like myself (15 months sleeved). I am FAILING! I am hungry a lot and secondly I want to eat all the time and I am craving sweets and eating them. I can almost eat the 2 cups of serving size anything. I have gained 5-8 pounds back and I want to stop. My goal is to lose 10 lbs but I want to eat all the time. I drink my water, protein & eat my veggies & protein.
