  12. I had to fight my old habits hard this week. My one true weakness has always been peeps. I could demolish a case of them in a day. I just kept remembering the scale and refused to break!
  13. If I eat to fast or if something does go down right I have to vomit and I don't care for that so I suggest eating slower and you said you haven't had a bm in a few days that can cause other problems. I take stool softners daily because I was having issue so try that

Last week was spring break. We spent the entire week in sunny Southern California. We took the kids to Disneyland and typically I would worry about being able to fit on rides. I even googled what rides an over weight person should avoid. I got in the park and was like forget it I'm doing everything. You know what? I rode everything!!!! Nothing squeezed me or hurt. I fit!!!!!
  16. Honestly I told family and friends. When someone asks me I tell them. I also explain its not a quick fix its not easy but I don't care what others think

  21. Oh I complained about the gas pressure but they wouldn't give me anything. They had me walking with in a few hours which wasn't fun but now that I'm 3 months out I hardly remember it!
  22. I didn't have that. I wasn't allowed anything first day after surgery. That sucked. The day after I was given 1 oz of ice chips hourly. That was heaven on my very sore throat!
