And yes, it was completely possible for me to eat a burger. No need to be "unsure" about anything. No need for congratulations... It's just my story... Glad you aren't tempted by fast foods!!!

First burger since surgery in January. Tasted so good but I'm feeling so guilty. And the sad part is, it was very easy for me to do. ugh....

I make a Protein Shake out of a mocha espresso Protein powder! Blend ice, milk and powder. Tastes like Starbucks frappicino and has 17 grams of protein. Same caffeine as a grande coffee. Love it on my morning commute!

Don't worry. I had surgery Jan. 10. My first dr. apt was a week later and I hadn't lost one pound!! Now, after two weeks I am down 20 lbs!! So, just know, it will come off. I also stopped weighing myself every day. It can be obsessing! I waited four days! It was down 13lbs. So hang in there! It's exciting!!! :-)

Had sleep apnea and given a CPAP machine before surgery (don't like it). Before surgery, 322 lbs.. Down 30 lbs. Now, waking up with energy I have NEVER had before and NO MORE SNORING!!
