I still struggle getting my fluids and protein.. Dr Cudjoe said i was doing awsome just to keep trying to sip on water all day...i bought some new protein mix on Amazon last week and i mix it with water..it is so good..its mint choc chip.. I have been trying to get 50 ounces of water each day! -

I had it done January 29th at Alma! -
I did it at two weeks also..after a few days of pure hell it got much better and the pain went away..good luck!!

One more thing...if you are feeling nauseous..get a rubbing alcohol pad (the little packets nurses always have to clean your skin before a shot!) and put it on the bridge of your nose..the nurses did it for me and it took the nauseous feeling right away!!!

You will all do fine!! I had mine last Tuesday..the first two days are terrible.. I was so mad i did the surgery...but by Friday i was feeling great..not regretting a second of it now!!! Take the pain meds even if you think you don't need them...trust me.they help!!!! And walk and walk and walk!

Just happened to me also!!! I'm only five days post op...i thought i did something bad..called the surgeon and he said probably a pulled muscle!!! As long as no fever or any other pain i will be fine!! Was trying to do too much to soon!! -
