  1. 5 weeks out... I ate an entire pack of weight control oatmeal for breakfast, still currently hungry. I seriously feel like I wasted my money. My stomach apparently was ginormous because I'm still always hungry. Some freakin bull. I'm so frustrated. And height has nothing to do with it cos I'm short as ****.
  2. I've only lost 19 and I'm stalled as well
  3. Ok I feel like you wrote this for me. I'm 5 weeks out, have the same left side pain, I'm always hungry... I never get full. I'm in the same boat... I really don't know what to do either. I don't have insurance, I was self pay in Mexico. I could eat every hour and way more than a half a cup. I'm defective.
  4. Ok guys and gals, I need major food ideas. I'm feeling lost. Tomorrow ill be 5 weeks out. I feel like I eat more fattening food now then I did before surgery. My main food is mashed potatoes, hello carbs. Chicken, eggs, and refried beans make me sick. I tried oatmeal, i didn't get sick but it just felt really uncomfortable. Any kind of potato is really easy for me to eat which is annoying because its loaded with carbs. My sleeve likes cheese and yogurt but my taste buds hate yogurt these days. Anybody wanna give me a whole day of planned meals that don't include the things that make me sick and that don't include sweet food. I really don't like any sweet food and it takes everything to drink protein shakes cos the sweetness is gagarific. I've been stalled at a19 pound loss...Not too thrilled about that but i think it will get better if I can find variety. Thanks in advance and I'm sorry for the novel.
  5. Ok we'll I'm almost 4 weeks out so I'm guessing I'm in the clear?

  7. When is it safe to have caffeine? I'm dying for a cup of Joe
  8. You look great. You look so much younger and um I love your hair. I wish mine was curly.
  9. Omg lol. My favorite is definitely the plate with my mother in laws face. That probably would be very affective
  10. I did try tums and they do help a little bit. I've been having 65-75 grams of protein a day. I don't want to increase it more and then be constipated lol. I'm glad you came out of your stall
  11. Oh that's good to hear... I'm gonna start taking mine then cos this heartburn sucks. Girl, I feel like crap. I've only lost 14 pounds. I'm thinking, I did not just spend 4700.00 dollars to lose the same amount I would on a silly diet. I'm majorly bummed but I know I haven't given it enough time. I'm just always hungry so I feel like this is not gonna work for me. Destined to be fat I guess. How are you?? You were doing awesome right after surgery... Are you still feeling as good? How much have you lost?
  12. P.s. the leak tests are gross but its really not that bad, it's way better then liquid day quil.
  13. I've had 3 c sections... They were all waaay easier but don't panic too much because I've heard a lot of people say this was easier than a c section. Everyone is different but for me I'd have 20 c sections before I ever do this again. I'm almost 3 weeks post op and still in pain. Not everyone gets nauseated. I dry heaved like crazy the first day after surgery but I haven't been nauseated since but be careful because a lot of people do have it and if you get anxiety over it, that's really not gonna be a good thing because sometimes its unavoidable. Make sure to always drink slow and eat slow so you can avoid it as easy as possible good luck!!
